Pakistanis and Human Resources Development Abdur Rahman Kanju
Thursday thanked the people of Lodhran for supporting PML-N
candidate to win the Feb-12 by-polls.
Presiding over a meeting with councillors, trader
representatives, PML-N youth wing and people from different
walks of life at Zila Council Lodhran, the minister said that
voters of Lodhran proved once again their love for the PML-N
and the party leadership.
PML-N candidate Iqbal Shah defeated PTI candidate Ali Tareen,
the son of Jahangir Tareen, by a big margin on Feb 12.
Kanju said that the PML-N leadership including former Prime
Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif
and Maryam Nawaz would reach Lodhran on Feb 17, to express
their gratitude to the people of Lodhran.
The minister also discussed arrangements for reception of
the PML-N leadership and their address to the public gathering at
New Stadium in Lodhran.
